In follow-up to the notice dated March 17, 2020 summarized below, the Tax Commission of the City of NY issued Emergency Executive Order No. 102, dated March 20, 2020, noting that the March 24, 2020 deadline for filing a duly verified statement of income and expenses (I&E) is suspended and extended to a date no earlier than thirty (30) days after the termination or expiration of the State of Emergency. Order No. 102 also issued that the 20-day period within which to apply for correction of a new assessment is suspended and tolled for the duration of the State of Emergency.
