NEW YORK — Accounting, tax, and advisory firm Berdon LLP has named Clifford Forrester as its Chief Information Officer. Leveraging 20 years of experience in the professional services industry, both as an operational leader and strategist, Clifford is skilled at transforming IT into a business-oriented function that addresses the strategic needs of the organization and its clients. Previously, he was the head of information technology for a global law firm and the global IT and security manager for an AmLaw 100 firm. The addition of Berdon’s new CIO is coupled with the Firm’s formal launch of its Technology Advisory Services Practice—officially named Berdon Technology Services—as well as its Digital Asset Advisory Practice.

Forrester has demonstrated success in initiating and directing companywide projects crafted to add business value. He earned a Bachelor of Science in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Information Technology from City University of New York – Herbert H. Lehman College and holds the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) designation. He is also currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration, in Finance and Financial Management Services, from Marist College, School of Management.
Berdon Technology Services (“BTS”) advises businesses on a variety of IT-related matters, including cybersecurity custom programming, mobile application development, infrastructure buildouts, and more. In addition, BTS also offers a host of IT support services, such as outsourced CTO and/or CIO, help desk services, disaster recovery, and cloud computing, among other areas.
