Berdon Takes Highest Score in Client Satisfaction Survey

NEW YORK – In a 2015 client satisfaction survey, Berdon LLP’s ratings were among the highest ever received by an independent research firm that conducts these surveys on behalf of public accounting and law firms nationwide.

Specifically, Berdon’s scores topped those of all other firms surveyed over the past three years by L. Harris Partners of Minneapolis in the key areas of client satisfaction, including People, Policies and Procedures, Range of Services, Quality of Service, and Value of Service.

“These responses teach us some important lessons,” said Co-Managing Partner Mark Bosswick, CPA, J.D., LL.M. “The responses indicate that we are doing something right. In today’s crowded marketplace, we know that it can be challenging to see what differentiates one accounting firm from another, and we are grateful that our clients see the Berdon difference.

“At the same time,” Bosswick said, “we know we cannot and will not rest on our laurels. As we approach our centennial anniversary in 2017, we remain as committed as ever to strive for continuous improvement and to help our clients grow and protect their wealth for the current and future generations. Co-Managing Partner Stuart Kotler, CPA, J.D., said that Berdon monitors client satisfaction in four areas: Clients feel valued; Services are a good value; The Firm is easy to do business with; and Clients would recommend us to others.
