NEW YORK - Rebecca Goodman-Stephens joined top 40 CPA and Advisory firm Berdon LLP as Chief Operating Officer effective January 9, 2017. Ms. Goodman-Stephens brings more than 15 years of experience, in roles of increasing responsibility, in areas as diverse as governance, strategy, operations and organization, communications, coaching, change management, and clinical psychology. Prior to joining Berdon, Ms. Goodman-Stephens was Chief of Staff at WeiserMazars.
She will play an integral role at Berdon, working with Senior Management, the Executive Committee, and Administrative Leaders in a host of vital areas with a major focus on strategy, operations, and organization.

Ms. Goodman-Stephens attended the Kirchenfeld Gymnasium in Bern, Switzerland and graduated from L'ecole de Psychologues Practciens in Paris, France as a clinical psychologist specializing in cross-cultural studies and organizational psychology. Her post-graduate studies were in Strategy, Organization, and Management at L'ESCP in Paris where she finished her thesis on Clinical Stress in the Consulting Industry.
A polyglot, Ms. Goodman-Stephens is fluent in many languages, among them French, German, and Swiss German.
