What inspires you and why?

My goal is to maintain a work-life balance where I am able to service my clients beyond their expectations and also enjoy travelling with my family and friends.  I think it is important to find happiness in both your career and family life, and I don't want to settle for less.  I'm inspired to go for it and have it all.

What is the best and worst decision you've ever made?

The best decision I ever made was to listen to my grandma's advice.  She said "Make a career for yourself, have your own money and don't rely on anyone else."  I share this advice with my own children and younger professionals, hoping it will lead them down a path of no regrets.
