Steve Brodsky, a tax principal at Berdon LLP, has more than 10 years of experience advising clients on tax strategies and planning. Specializing in real estate, he helps owners, investors, operators, and managers find optimal tax solutions, determine suitable investments, and realize opportunities. He has particular expertise in the complex taxation of multilevels of ownership in a variety of entities, among them REITs, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Previously, Mr. Brodsky served as a tax accountant at a Big Four firm and a prominent REIT.

Mr. Brodsky graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree at New York Law School, and a Master of Laws in Taxation at Emory University School of Law.
